In response to COVID-19, Amplifier launched an emergency campaign with top art curators and public-health advisors from around the world looking for public health and safety messages that can help flatten the curve through education and symbols that help promote mental health, well-being, and social change work during these stressful times.
I created this piece for the Amplifier campaign, which partnered with 4Culture King County to distribute the design.
Through the hardship and uncertainty during this time, we have also seen love and support pour out all over in our communities. I think that this can grow into a new way of working as a society. I hope that this shared experience teaches us all to be softer and kinder, and that our future is a world that prioritizes well-being for all.
In collaboration with Amplifier and W1 Curates, this design was also displayed on large electronic billboards in London as part of a campaign to replace advertising with powerful art. The final two images here are courtesy of Amplifier and W1 Curates.
